We make every effort to process and ship your order promptly. Orders are typically processed within 2-5 business days from the date of purchase. Please note that custom or personalized items may require additional processing time, and we will communicate the estimated delivery date for such items.

The estimated delivery time depends on the shipping method you select during checkout and your location. Please note that delivery times may vary during peak seasons or due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., extreme weather conditions or disruptions in postal services).

While we strive to meet our estimated delivery times, we are not responsible for shipping delays caused by factors beyond our control. If you experience a significant delay in the delivery of your order, please contact our customer support team, and we will assist in resolving the issue to the best of our ability.

In the rare event that your order is lost or arrives damaged, please notify us immediately. We will work with the shipping carrier to initiate an investigation and, if necessary, send a replacement or offer a refund in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy.

OUR RETURN POLICY

The Small Print

1. Returns for Unused Items in Original Condition:

We accept returns for unused items that are returned in their original condition and packaging. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same state as when you received it, including all original tags, labels, and accessories. Returns should be initiated within 30 days of the purchase date. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue a refund for the purchase price minus the cost of shipping.

 

2. Personalized Items Are Final Sale:

Please note that personalized items, including those with custom engravings or special modifications, are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective.

 

3. How to Initiate a Return:

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at 877-618-8966 or info@precisionputting.net to request a return authorization. We will guide you through the return process and provide you with the necessary instructions for sending the item back to us.

 

4. Refund Process:

Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will process the refund to your original payment method. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account. Please note that the cost of shipping will be deducted from the refund amount.

 

5. Return Shipping Costs:

You are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product. In such cases, we will provide instructions for a free return.

 

6. Damaged or Defective Items:

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, including return shipping costs.

 

7. Non-Returnable Items:

In addition to personalized items, the following are considered non-returnable:

 

Used items or items not in their original condition.

Items returned after 30 days of the purchase date.

At Precision Putting, we stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of our products. We are proud to offer a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects on the Grail and Grail Mini. This means that if your Grail or Grail Mini exhibits any defects in materials or workmanship, we will repair or replace it free of charge for the lifetime of the product. However, please note that our warranty does not cover misuse or physical damage caused by misuse, as we encourage responsible use of our products. We believe in the durability and performance of our golf equipment, and our lifetime warranty reflects our commitment to your satisfaction and confidence in our products. The Grail putting mat and Carry bag are covered by the manufacturer's warranty, one year from date of purchase. If you encounter any issues covered by our warranty, please contact our customer support team at 877-618-8966, and we will be happy to assist you in resolving the matter promptly.
